Full-Form of UP B. Ed 2022 is the Uttar Pradesh bachelor of education joint entrance examination. It is a state-level examination given by students to get admission in the B. Ed program offered by colleges in Uttar Pradesh. UP B. Ed 2022 Admission Process:
Now let’s take a look at the step-wise admission process of UP B. Ed JEE:
- The first step is to fill up the UP B. Ed JEE application Form on the official website of the exam and also pay the fee which is INR 1500 for the candidates belonging to the general and OBC categories and INR 500 for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST category.
- The second step is to Download the UP B. Ed JEE admit card, admit card is released on the official website of the exam as per the prescribed schedule, this year’s admit card will be released around 25th June 2022, to download the admit card candidates have to login into their registered account using the issued user id and password.
- The third and the most important step is to appear for the exam as per the details mentioned in the issued admit card, as far as the format of the exam is concerned, the candidate has to attempt multiple choice questions whose total becomes 300 marks, this exam needs to be completed within 3 hours.
- The fourth step is to check the result uploaded on the official website as per the prescribed schedule, the candidate will have to log in with the details mentioned in the admit card.
- Fifth and final step is to appear in the Up B. Ed counselling round as per the schedule and dates allotted to you, candidates are then allotted seats in colleges according to their rank and availability of seats.
UP B.Ed 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed their graduation with 55-60% minimum marks from a recognised university in UP or a central government affiliated university.
- Candidates with a degree in BTech or BE must also have 55-60% marks in Math and Science.
- Candidates applying based on a PG Degree must have a minimum of 50-60% marks.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens and should have a Domicile Certificate from the state of Uttar Pradesh.
- A candidate must be at least 21 years old, there are no upper age restrictions
- UP government law offers candidates from special classes a 5-year exemption.
UP B. Ed 2022 Syllabus
UP B. Ed 2022 Syllabus can be divided into two parts as a candidate has to take two exams, Paper 1 deals with general knowledge and any of the two languages i.e., English or Hindi. Paper 2 deals with the remaining topics based on arts, commerce and science. Candidates have to choose the subjects on which he wants that he should be assessed, it is necessary to choose the subject at the time of filling out the application form. Each candidate is given 3 hours for each paper i.e., a total of 6 hours. The marking system for the UP-B. Ed exam is 2 marks for each correct answer and a negative marking of 1/3 marks for each wrong answer.
